Agreement

These Terms govern your use of this service. By creating an account, uploading content, or starting a generation, you agree to these Terms.

Your Rights and Permissions

You keep ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, review, transform, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

You confirm that:

• You own the submitted content or have all required licenses and permissions
• Every identifiable person has consented to the use of their image for this purpose
• Your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
• You will review the generated video before publishing or distributing it

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the service to create or distribute:

• Impersonation, identity deception, fraud, scams, or misleading endorsements
• Harassment, threats, defamation, stalking, or targeted abuse
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a person who did not consent
• Sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content involving anyone under 18
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
• Illegal, extremist, dangerous, or malicious content
• Attempts to bypass moderation, access another user's files, or disrupt the service

We may reject assets, stop jobs, remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

AI Output and Human Review

AI video generation is probabilistic. Results may contain identity drift, mixed characters, inaccurate clothing, altered logos, facial artifacts, body distortion, or malformed hands. Occlusion, fast movement, side profiles, crowded scenes, and low-quality photos increase these risks.

You are responsible for reviewing every output before publication. Do not present generated media as authentic footage when doing so could deceive or harm others. Add appropriate disclosure when required by law, platform policy, or context.

Template Video and Audio

The service generates creative videos from your uploaded photo and the effect you select. Some effects use a reference video and a separately supplied soundtrack; others request original audio from the video model. Preview footage is shown for inspiration and is not a verified output from this service.

You do not receive ownership of underlying reference footage or third-party music. Only use material for which you have the necessary permissions. Review the final video and soundtrack before sharing.

AI Processing

When generation is enabled, submitted photos are processed by APIMart and its video model to create the selected effect. Person-based singing may require the provider’s private-avatar review. Pet photos use the pet generation path, not the human-avatar process. Provider availability, review approval, generation time, and output appearance can vary.

Credits and Availability

Generation and credit purchases are not currently open to the public. No payment is accepted on this site. New accounts start with zero credits; no automatic free generations are offered.

When generation opens, the tool displays the credit cost before you submit. A submitted task records the exact credits charged. Confirmed generation failures return those credits once. A video which was generated but could not be prepared for download can be finished again through the same task without another generation charge.

AI output varies. A completed playable video is not guaranteed to match a reference or creative expectation exactly. Contact support about confirmed technical delivery errors. Future paid services will show their applicable terms before a purchase can be made.

Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful photo approval, a particular render time, exact identity consistency, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Account Suspension and Termination

You are responsible for protecting your account. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, payment disputes, abusive usage, or legal requirements. You may delete your account through account settings when that option is available.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, generated content, third-party processing, or inability to access a job. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, providers, pricing, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
