Overview

This policy explains how this service collects, uses, shares, and stores information when you use the single-photo AI video service.

Information We Process

We may process:

• Account data: Your name, email address, authentication records, and account preferences.
• Uploaded photos: One person or pet photo you submit for the effect you select.
• Generation data: Effect, resolution, task state, timestamps, error details, credit cost, and completed output video.
• Payment data: Plan, payment status, and provider identifiers. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, security events, and diagnostic data.

How Uploaded Photos Are Used

When generation opens, uploaded photos are received by our server and stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. APIMart accesses them through temporary signed URLs to create the selected effect. Human singing can use the provider’s private-avatar review; pets follow the separate pet generation path. The chosen effect and its generation settings are stored with the task.

We retain the original uploaded photos after a generation completes or fails for service operation and troubleshooting. APIMart may also process or retain uploaded images, approved private assets, task metadata, and generated media under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not promise a specific APIMart deletion timeline.

Only upload photos when you have permission from every identifiable person shown.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate accounts and protect the service
• Process uploaded photos and generate requested videos
• Store completed videos for private account access
• Maintain credit balances and process payments
• Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

Service Providers

We use third parties to operate the service. They may include:

• APIMart for Private Avatar review and Seedance video generation
• Cloudflare for Workers, D1 database, R2 object storage, KV, networking, and security
• Google for account sign-in and Google Analytics 4
• Plausible Analytics for website audience statistics
• Microsoft Clarity for interaction diagnostics, heatmaps, and session recordings
• The email and payment providers enabled by the site operator

Each provider processes data under its own agreement and privacy policy.

Website Analytics

Our production configuration includes Google Analytics 4 and Plausible Analytics to measure visits, referral sources, and page use. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. Depending on the provider, technical information can include page addresses, referrers, browser and device information, network information, and interaction events. Providers may use cookies or similar identifiers under their own privacy practices.

We mark photo-upload areas, personal generation results, creation-history entries, and account menus for Clarity masking. We do not add custom analytics fields containing your email address, uploaded photos, or generated-media URLs. Analytics scripts do not run on our local development server. These safeguards do not replace the providers' own data handling and retention policies.

Storage and Retention

Account records, credit transactions, generation history, and archived output videos may remain until the account is deleted or the records are no longer needed for service, security, accounting, or legal purposes. Provider-side retention is controlled by the relevant provider's policies and technical systems.

Uploaded photos are not automatically deleted when a generation completes, fails, or an access link expires. Temporary signed links expire after 24 hours; the photos remain in private storage. You may request deletion using the contact details below.

Human and Pet singer use independently configured reference videos and matching soundtracks. Bear behind you requests sound from the video model. Public previews are not automatically used as generation inputs. Generation and credit purchases are not currently open.

Security

We use access controls, private storage routes, and reasonable technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Children

The service is not intended for children. Do not upload sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content involving anyone under 18. We may remove content and suspend accounts when child safety is at risk.

Your Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information. Deleting your account does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or security purposes, and it may not immediately remove copies controlled by third-party providers.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
